Jane was born in Philadelphia, and grew up in South Jersey where she attended both public and parochial schools. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University-Camden, and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School-Camden. Jane has a record of active involvement in her community, and in her church.
